Shoulder pads

Shoulder pads are one of the important articles, needed to shape the basic silhouette of top garment. As longtime producer we are coved all types of shoulder pads, and many non standart developments as well. In out developments we use materias by purpose, to keep the shape of the shoulder not changed trow time.

Shoulder pads made from non-woven textile materials and combination of them

Application: lady's, men's and children's jackets, blazer, coats, tail-coat, topcoat
Advantages: perfectly shape the shoulder, long life of the material, verry good creasing property, not affected form dry clean.
Standard dimensions:The shape and size of the shoulder pad can vary in wide range, thats why each client define the dimensions and shape that they need.(See basic dimensions...)

- The filling of this type shoulder pads is made from polyurethane foam, cotton wadding, polyester wadding, bi-component wadding or combination of them to reach different height of the shoulder, differen mildness, differen smoothness of lifting of the shoulder or to hide a defect of the human body.
- This type of shoulde pads can be made with or without: sew seams, attached fillets, center marks

- When the shoulder pads are attached to the cloth before the sleeve is attached, we offer shoulder pads with powder glue on top. Configuration of adhesive zones is made as client wants, only sketch of the positions and size of the zones is needed. Adhesive powder is with low melt point to stick when ironing and it not affect the top fabric.

Shoulder pads for cloths without lining are covered with knitted fabric. We have 15 standart colors, but we can make other colors as well, when client need this.
